MORE THAN RENTALS. WE DRIVE OPPORTUNITY.

A Working Vehicle.
A Team Behind It.

Reliable transportation matters. We connect practical vehicles with approved renters—and handle the day-to-day details that vehicle owners would otherwise manage themselves.

01

We Manage The Renter

Acquisition, screening, agreements, payment management, and ongoing communication through a structured rental process.

02

We Coordinate The Care

Inspections, scheduled service, repair-provider coordination, vehicle monitoring, and pickup or drop-off support.

03

You Stay Informed

Monthly vehicle report cards bring rental activity, payment information, and maintenance history into one clear update.

BEFORE THE KEYS

Know Who Is
Behind The Wheel.

Our renter onboarding process reviews identity, driving eligibility, insurance, and rental requirements before vehicle release.

  • Identity and driver-license verification
  • Checkr background screening and MVR review
  • Instant carrier insurance verification and coverage review
  • Required deposit/payment and signed rental agreement

Screening supports informed placement decisions; it does not eliminate every risk.

THROUGHOUT THE RENTAL

Ongoing Support.
Documented Care.

We coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs with service providers. Renters use the Client Portal for onboarding, invoices, shared documents, appointments, and vehicle support.

  • Oil changes, fluid levels, and tire checks
  • Brake, battery, and general vehicle inspections
  • Service records and upcoming maintenance intervals
  • Vehicle monitoring, incident coordination, and documented return procedures

Service responsibilities, approvals, and expenses are explained in your Fleet Partner agreement.

MONTHLY VEHICLE REPORT CARDS

Your Vehicle Shouldn't
Feel Like A Black Box.

See how your vehicle is performing, what was serviced, and what comes next. Each monthly report reflects your vehicle's actual activity.

  • Current rental status and reporting period
  • Rental rates, revenue, and applicable partner share
  • Partner payout and payment status
  • Completed maintenance and next service needs

Professional management should include professional reporting.

FLEET PARTNER Q&A

Clear Answers.
Confident Next Steps.

Do I keep ownership of my vehicle?

Yes. You retain ownership while Legacy Driven Rentals manages the rental relationship under your Fleet Partner agreement.

What vehicles can qualify?

We focus on reliable, well-maintained vehicles for practical transportation, including economy sedans. Eligibility depends on condition, documentation, availability, and fleet demand. Submit your vehicle for an individual review.

How much can my vehicle earn?

There is no fixed or guaranteed return. Distributions depend on rental rates, utilization, expenses, repairs, downtime, and your agreement. We review the vehicle and program structure with you before enrollment.

How do you screen renters?

Our process includes identity and driver-license verification, Checkr background screening, MVR review, required documentation, and an internal eligibility review. Mandatory onboarding requirements must be completed before vehicle release.

How is insurance handled?

Renters must maintain qualifying full-coverage auto insurance during the rental period. We use instant carrier verification and review applicable coverage and vehicle information before activation. Coverage and claims remain subject to policy terms, exclusions, and carrier decisions.

Who handles maintenance and repair costs?

Legacy coordinates scheduling, inspections, and service-provider support. Your agreement explains cost responsibilities and repair approvals. Monthly reporting includes maintenance activity and upcoming service needs.

What information will I receive each month?

Your vehicle report card summarizes rental status, rates, revenue, applicable partner share, payout information, maintenance activity, and service needs. The sample above shows the reporting categories without any client or vehicle identifiers.

What if a renter misses payments or a vehicle needs to be returned?

We monitor accounts and coordinate documented communications, vehicle-return procedures, and account reconciliation. When necessary, we coordinate lawful recovery procedures and appropriate professional resources.

Is a call or application a commitment?

No. The initial review and intro call help you understand whether the program fits your vehicle and goals. Enrollment follows approval, documentation, inspection, and a signed agreement.
